Pana, IL – October 1, 2008:  Chad Sutton, Advisor for Investment Centers of America, located at the First National Bank of Pana and their Taylorville branch, First National Bank on Spresser, completes his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Examination.

The CFP® exam is a comprehensive two-day, 10-hour test that challenged Chad’s ability to apply financial planning knowledge in an integrated format. Based on regular research of what planners do, the exam covers the financial planning process, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance.

According to the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, there are currently 58,352 CFP® professionals in the country and only 3,123 reside in the state of Illinois.  We at the First National Bank of Pana feel the CFP® certification is a high standard of financial planning and are excited that Chad will offer his knowledge to the community.
